FAMILY FUN SCIENCE    

Fun for all ages, bring your baby sister AND your great grandparents!!!                      

 Elm Fork Education Center offers four Family Fun Science events throughout the school year.  Our exhibits are designed to allow parents and/or caretakers and their children a chance to interact with fun hands-on science exhibits and activities in an exciting fair-like setting.

Spring 2008 events

February 2nd  ECSI (Environmental Crime Scene Investigation)

March 1st     Space Frontier

Events take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the UNT, Elm Fork Education Center in the Environmental Education, Science and Technology Building, located at the corner of Hickory Street and Avenue C.

Admission is $6 for children and free for 2 parents/ caretakers per child, additional adults pay $6. The admission fee allows attendees to participate in family fun science programs, view exhibits, watch a sky theater show and refreshments!

Girl Scouts of America badge opportunities will be available for Juniors and Brownies participating in activities during both events.
